Join Us for the 2026 SHCA Annual Meeting!
Our annual meeting is a chance to reconnect with neighbors, celebrate what we've accomplished together, and learn what's ahead for Sagamore Hills.
6:30–7:00 PM | Social Gathering & Refreshments
Enjoy light refreshments and snacks while catching up with neighbors. Visit committee tables to learn about SHCA activities, including Hidden Gardens of SH, Beautification, Land Use and Front Yard Fridays, and discover opportunities to get involved.
7:00–9:00 PM | Annual Business Meeting
Hear reports from the Board and committees, review highlights from 2026, and learn about neighborhood priorities and projects for 2027. There will also be time for questions and comments.
Membership & Registration
This meeting is open to SHCA members and Friends of Sagamore Hills. If your membership has expired, you may renew online before the meeting or in person that evening.
