Refund Policy

The Sagamore Hills Civic Association (SHCA) is a volunteer-run neighborhood organization. Membership dues, donations, event fees, and other payments help support SHCA programs, events, and activities.

Membership Dues and Donations

Membership dues and donations are generally nonrefundable. If a payment was made in error or for an incorrect amount, please contact SHCA so we can review the situation.

Event Registrations and Tickets

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, event registration fees and ticket purchases are nonrefundable if the purchaser is unable to attend.

If SHCA cancels an event for which a registration fee or ticket was charged, SHCA will provide a refund or communicate any alternative arrangements to registered attendees.

Food, Merchandise, and Other Purchases

Purchases of food, merchandise, or similar items are generally final once the item has been provided or the purchase fulfilled.

Questions or Payment Errors

We understand that unusual circumstances and payment errors can occur. Please contact SHCA at SHCAmembership@gmail.com with questions about a payment or refund.

SHCA reserves the right to address exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
